Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Eureka, California. The role includes performing CT scans with and without contrast across adult acute care settings, including ED and ICU, with 3x12 hour day shifts.

Requirements include ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications, BLS, and a California license in hand at interview. Experience with CTA and contrast media is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Compact state license required and must be in hand at time of consideration.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans of abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, and chest with and without contrast.
• CTA, CT arthrography, myelography, and transplant studies as required.
• Operate PACS and Toshiba CT equipment; may float between facilities within the region.
• Work in Radiology/Cardiology department; day shift 3x12 hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM).
