American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Antioch, California. The role requires ARRT (R) certification, BLS, 2+ years of CT experience, and a CA CRT license if applicable.

Evening and night shifts are available with 4x10-hour blocks and weekend potential. Responsibilities include performing CT imaging, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• CA CRT license required if applicable.
• Radiology Fluoroscopy certification required within 180 days of hire.
• Venipuncture certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and protocols.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures and administer venipuncture/contrast medications.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Utilize PACS and GE imaging equipment for transmitting, archiving, and retrieving images.
• Coordinate and produce quality CT studies for interpreting physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and provide pre-exam education.
