American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, California. The role requires proficiency in CT and X-ray within a diagnostic radiology department.

You will work days on a 4x10 schedule, 40 hours per week, with a Day shift Tuesday through Friday and a Siemens CT scanner; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Eligibility includes an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT, RT license, and current BLS; local candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• RT license in state of practice required (license required if applicable).
• ARRT certification required (ARRT-R).
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of technical experience preferred.
• Certification in additional advanced modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI, or Sonography) preferred.
• Must be able to safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT exams consistent with experience level.
• Perform mobile imaging examinations including radiographic and fluoroscopic studies as needed.
• Safely prepare contrast agents for medical imaging procedures.
• Test defibrillator and check integrity of crash cart.
