Bestica Inc. is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, Ohio. The role supports night shifts on 12-hour schedules, up to 36 hours per week, with travel accommodations provided.

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CTs, assists with invasive procedures, ensures radiation safety, and maintains supplies while collaborating with radiologists and care teams.

Formación

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA approved school.
• Registered by ARRT in radiography and CT.
• Ohio licensure required.
• CPR certification (When Seconds Count) preferred/required.
• Two years minimum experience in diagnostic imaging preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations and assist with invasive CT procedures.
• Prepare examinations for interpretation; maintain safety and supplies.
• Document CT exams per provider orders.
• Ensure handoff and continuity of care with next caregiver.
• Analyze CT exams for quality control purposes.
• Prepare completed examinations for radiologist interpretation.
• Operate CT equipment and facility computer systems.
• Administer oral and IV contrast per physician/protocol.
• Transport and position patients safely.
• Assist physicians with CT procedures and participate in QA/QC.

Job Description

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic CT examinations and assists physicians with invasive CT procedures. Prepares examinations for interpretation, maintains radiation safety and assists with maintaining supplies.

• Performs and documents diagnostic CT examinations upon the order of an approved healthcare provider.
• Performs appropriate handoff and continuity of care communication to the next caregiver.
• Analyzes CT examinations for quality control purposes.
• Prepares completed examinations for interpretation by the radiologist.
• Operates all CT and related equipment.
• Operates all facility‑based computer systems.
• Administers oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of physician/per protocol.
• Transports, moves and positions patients in a safe and appropriate fashion.
• Assists physicians with special procedures involving the use of CT.
• Participates in quality assurance / quality control activities as related to CT.

Job Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA approved school.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in radiography and CT.
• Maintains licensure requirements with the state of Ohio.
• Maintains annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count certification.
• Two years minimum experience in a diagnostic imaging setting preferred.
