Job summary

Talent4Health is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, IL. ARRT-CT certification, an active IL license or license in process with ETA, and experience in Adult Acute Care, ICU, ED, and Level I Trauma are required.

You will perform a broad range of CT exams, apply 3D post-processing, ensure radiation safety, and handle contrast administration, IV starts, and venipuncture. Cerner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT certification and BLS required.
• IL state license required or license in process with ETA.
• Experience in Adult Acute Care, ICU, ED, and Level I Trauma preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
• ARRT, ARRT-CT, BLS required
• Active IL state license required or license in process with ETA
• Cerner experience preferred
• Experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, ED, and Level I Trauma required
• Strong experience with Abdomen/Pelvis, Chest, Head & Neck, Spine/Musculoskeletal CT
• 3D Rendering, MPR, and ROI experience required
• Coronary CTA experience required
• Experience with contrast administration, IV starts, venipuncture, radiation safety, and isolation precautions
• First-time travelers accepted

Description

CT Tech position in a 562-bed Acute Care, Level I Trauma and Magnet facility. The technologist will perform a broad range of CT examinations across adult and pediatric populations, including trauma, vascular, chest, abdomen/pelvis, neurological, spine, and musculoskeletal studies. Responsibilities include advanced image post-processing and 3D reconstruction, contrast administration, IV placement, and maintaining radiation safety standards. Cerner is the charting system.
