Job summary

Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking CT Technologists for a 13-week travel assignment at a partnering hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and an ASAP start.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, radiography licensure, and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience with CT imaging. BLS required; ACLS preferred. Compensation includes a weekly pay range with full benefit options.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Knowledge of CT imaging protocols and patient safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and address questions
• Ensure radiation safety for patients and staff
• Assess CT images for technical quality and appropriateness

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,196 - $2,410 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
