Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role offers 40 hours per week on a 13-week contract with AM day shifts, providing an opportunity to work with a partnering hospital and gain experience in Computed Tomography.

The candidate should have ARRT certification in Radiography, CT preferred, and 1–2 years of radiology experience, along with BLS. Travel roles include full benefits and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic license if applicable.
• BLS certification from AHA; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging exp preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Maintain radiation safety practices for patients and staff.
• Evaluate CT images for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,228 - $2,405 per week*
• 25-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
