Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Newburgh, Indiana. You will work 40 hours per week on days, with 8-hour shifts, and the opportunity to extend.

Requirements include an ARRT Radiography (R) certification, ARRT CT preferred, state licensure, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiologic experience, especially CT imaging. The role offers competitive weekly pay and full benefits through SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
