Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in Vail, Colorado. The role offers 40 hours per week across day and night shifts on a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital, with potential extension.

The ideal candidate holds an radiologic technology degree, ARRT CT certification preferred, and an active state license, with 1–2 years CT imaging experience. BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography with CT preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures and radiation protection measures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,096 - $2,309 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• AM shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality

Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.
