Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in Lewiston, Maine. This role demands CT imaging expertise, patient interaction, and strict safety protocols on a 13-week assignment with 36 hours weekly, night shifts, and possible extension.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography required; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license if applicable.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images with quality and safety.
• Sterilize radiology equipment and ensure patient safety protections.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and address questions.
• Maintain high standards of radiation protection and comfort.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and accuracy.

Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for contract opportunities at a partnering Hospital in Lewiston, Maine. Join a leading healthcare team and put your imaging skills to work in a role that offers both professional growth and rewarding patient care.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $2,088 - $2,132 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
