Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Canton, Georgia. The contract runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a night 12-hour shift.

Ideal candidates have an AS/Bachelor’s in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certifications, and a state license where applicable. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred. This role offers travel compensation and full SHC benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $1,955 - $2,126 per week*
• 15-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
