Supplemental Health Care in Keene, New Hampshire is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment. You will work 40 hours per week on night shifts, using CT imaging to capture diagnostic results at a partnering hospital.

Qualified candidates have ARRT credentials, an accredited radiologic technology degree, BLS, and 1–2 years of radiography experience; CT imaging experience preferred. This contract offers comprehensive benefits and support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and address questions.
• Maintain radiation safety and protection for patients and staff.
• Evaluate CT images for appropriate technical quality.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details:

• $1,932 - $2,114 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 40 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
