Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in Mount Pleasant, WI. The CT Tech will perform imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Requirements include ARRT CT and BLS certifications, 1 year CT experience, and state licensing as needed. The role supports a 17-week assignment with 30 hours per week and 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT imaging experience.
• ARRT CT certification and BLS required; state license where required.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance.
• Position patients for scanning of targeted body regions.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed for visibility.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS system.
