Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Merrill, Wisconsin. The role involves operating CT equipment, acquiring diagnostic images, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

The CT Tech will need ARRT certification (CT), BLS, and licensing where required, with a 1-year minimum experience. Position is travel-based, 13-week duration, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts on days.

Qualifications

• 1 year CT experience required.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) certification and state licensing where required.
• ARRT (R) certification referenced in posting.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and perform anatomy/physiology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients, review imaging requests, and explain procedures.
• Position patients for scans and capture diagnostic CT images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents when needed.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper records.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and use PACS system.
