Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Coos Bay, OR. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients for imaging, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of CT Technologist experience is required.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients safely.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
