Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing has a travel CT Technologist opening in Scranton, PA for a 13-week assignment. The role features a 40-hour work week with evenings shifts, offering travel opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

The CT Tech will perform cross-sectional imaging and support the radiology team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Applicants must have 18 months of CT tech experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and licensure as required by the state.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position CT scans and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and injection of contrast when applicable.
• Set up controls and monitor equipment and patient during procedures.
• Schedule procedures and assist with some clerical tasks; charge procedures to patient records.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe work environment.
