Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, and collaborates with radiologists to deliver diagnostic images. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel employment terms.

Qualifications include one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS. Preferred ARRT certification; licensure and CEUs may be required for certain facilities.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure proper positioning and safety.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
