This travel position spans 13 weeks with 40 hours work per week and 10-hour day shifts. Requirements include 1 year of CT experience, BLS, ARRT (CT) certification with registration, and state licensing when required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT tech experience.
• BLS, ARRT CT certification with registration.
• State-specific licensing when required.
• Ability to stand and walk long periods, with knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' instructions accurately.
• Position patients for scans to target specific areas.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visualization.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain patient records.
