Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Monongahela, PA. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and ensure image quality while following safety protocols.

Work is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week. Requires 1 year CT experience, radiology license, and BLS certification. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, PTO, and licensure/CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for optimal imaging.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope as assigned.
