Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Andalusia, AL. The CT Tech will perform imaging procedures, ensure high-quality scans, and support clinicians with accurate patient positioning and documentation.

Requirements include 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification with registration, BLS, and state licensing where required. Expect 10-hour days with a 40-hour workweek and a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
• ARRT CT certification with registration.
• BLS certification.
• State licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment and acquire diagnostic-quality images.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and compliance.
• Position patients to optimize image quality for targeted anatomy.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as required and monitor patient response.
• Review imaging requests and verify patient identity and procedure details.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow radiation safety protocols.
• Document and communicate findings and maintain PACS records.
