Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pierre, South Dakota. The role offers 40 hours per week with evenings shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has one year of CT experience, a radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred. Start date is 11/23/2026 with travel healthcare support from Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
