Job summary

Talent4Health is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Slidell, Louisiana. The role involves working 40 hours per week on a 10-hour evening shift within the Imaging - CT Scan department.

Responsibilities include operating cardiac imaging equipment, assisting physicians, and ensuring patient safety and data integrity. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences (Bachelor’s preferred), 2 years allied health experience, BLS certification, and ARRT

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of experience as an allied health professional.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and state registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in patient setup and prep before procedures and cleanup after procedures.
• Operate radiographic fluoroscopy equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Monitor hemodynamics and report values to the physician during procedures.
• Transmit, archive, and retrieve digital images in PACS.
• Perform quality control and maintain fluoroscopy equipment.
