Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and the opportunity to apply radiologic imaging skills in a hospital setting.

Candidates should have ARRT certification, an active radiology license, and a degree in Radiologic Technology. BLS is required; ACLS preferred. This contract includes benefits and support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsabilités

• Capture diagnostic CT images using CT equipment.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort with radiation protection practices.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
