Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Lafayette, Colorado. The CT Tech will perform CT procedures, maintain ARRT competency, and adhere to safety and protocol standards while delivering high-quality imaging in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Lafayette, CO. Start date: 10/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule notes: 36 hours per week, evenings, with rotating call. Travel position offering benefits through Anders Group.

Qualifications

• Sectional anatomy, anatomic terminology, and positioning competency.
• CT imaging techniques and protocols.
• Contrast administration protocols including contrast injector operation.
• Electronic imaging: view, transfer, and manipulate images.
• Emergent patient situations response ability.
• Independent work and teamwork ability.
• Communication with caregivers and patients.
• Task prioritization ability.
• Infection control and safe environment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Operates CT equipment and related systems to ensure quality images.
• Identifies patient, verifies orders, and prepares for exams.
• Performs exams per department protocol.
• Reviews images for quality and necessary structures.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains safety for patients and staff.
• Completes studies within time expectations without compromising care.
• Educates patients, ensures comfort, and addresses concerns.
• Coordinates patient care and communicates with other providers.
• Practices infection control and sterile techniques.
• Keeps accurate records of patient information and events.
• Follows protocol for medical necessity, coding, consents, QC, and equipment issues.
• Administers contrast as ordered and educates on safety.
• Stays updated with CT advancements and assists trainees.
