Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Tech for a 13-week assignment in Lewiston, Idaho. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients, and collaborates with radiologists to obtain diagnostic images while ensuring safety and quality.

One year of CT experience, active radiology license, and BLS certification are required; ARRT certification is preferred. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a travel setting.

Qualifications

• One year of CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedure, and position them safely.
• Set technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Maintain CT equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned within CT Tech scope.
