MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract-based assignment in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires CT tech experience, ARRT/ASRT certification, and licensure as applicable. This travel position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts.

Formación

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Setting controls of CT equipment, monitoring the patient and equipment, and making adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images properly.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical tasks.
