Job summary

Cross Country Allied seeks a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in York, PA. The role involves performing CT imaging, CT angiography, and interventional radiology procedures using advanced CT equipment, including contrast administration.

You will work a 36-hour week on days, with 12-hour shifts, and be responsible for venipuncture, power injector use, patient safety, and accurate coding and documentation for billing. Travel housing and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or accredited CNMT program.
• CT registry must be acquired within 18 months of hire or primary registry date.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) certification.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Pennsylvania Act 31, 33, 34, and 73 clearances.
• Strong CTA skills and EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT, CT Angiography, and Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Demonstrates proficiency in venipuncture and use of power injectors per protocol.
• Administers PO, rectal, and IV contrast media after risk assessment.
• Communicates with patients to provide clear instructions and alleviate concerns.
• Ensures exams are properly coded, networked, and documented for billing.
• Maintains departmental safety and procedural compliance.
• Verifies patient identification and reviews medical history per protocol.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
