Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking CT Technologists for travel assignments at a partner hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers a 13-week contract with a 36-hour week, night shifts, and potential extension opportunities.

You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and provide high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining strict radiation protection practices. The ideal candidate holds an ARRT Radiography (R) credential, a CT certification is preferred, and BLS is required

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Maintain radiation protection and patient comfort.
• Evaluate CT scans for good technical quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $1,798 - $1,989 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
