Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 1+ years of hospital experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a long-term assignment.

Details

• Work in the hospital's imaging department performing CT scans
• Perform CT procedures including PE studies, CT Head and Neck, Head without contrast, Chest Abdomen Pelvis, Abdomen Pelvis, and C-T-L spine imaging
• Uses GE Revolution CT scanner
• Evening shift schedule of 3x10 hour shifts, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• On-call requirement of one week overnight call every 8 weeks
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital CT experience required
• Experience with GE Revolution CT scanner
• License required if applicable
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible, as no local candidates are accepted
• Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests not falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 5 days, while requests on or near a holiday are limited to 3 days
