Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Bradenton, Florida. You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and explain procedures while maintaining high-quality diagnostic images.

The role requires ARRT certification, an active radiologic license, and 1–2 years of radiology experience, with CT imaging experience strongly preferred. Nights, 12-hour shifts, travel contract with weekly pay and full benefits await.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
