TalentBurst, Inc. seeks a CT Technologist for night shifts in Tucson, AZ. The role involves performing CT scans, following radiology protocols, and supporting ED coverage with multiple Philips scanners. You must hold ARRT registration and AZ CT license, with BLS required and IV start capability.

The assignment runs 13 weeks, starting ASAP, with 4 ten-hour nights weekly and potential patient-flow adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiology program.
• Registered with ARRT and licensed as a general radiographer.
• Ability to draw IVs and work in ED/traUMA settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans of head/brain, neck, chest, spine, abdomen/pelvis and extremities.
• Assist radiologists and follow departmental CT protocols.
• Prepare CT systems, manage contrast media studies and cross-sectional anatomy.

Night Shift 10 hours/day 4 days/week

Travel: CT Scan Tech / Radiology
Northwest Medical Center
Start: ASAP
Tucson , AZ
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: SUN-WED 8:00p - 6:30a - 4/10's
Will be working primarily in the ED, but may float as needed

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The CT Technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures. Responsibilities also include: knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy.

Required: AZ License, CT License and BLS

MUST BE ABLE TO START IVs
