Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Salem, Massachusetts. The role offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and night shifts in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certifications, an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, and BLS; CT experience is strongly preferred. Travel opportunities and benefits are included as part of SHC’s program.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
