The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, set technical parameters, and coordinate with radiologists to deliver high‑quality images while adhering to safety protocols. One year of CT experience, valid radiology license, and BLS are required.
Qualifications
- One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Preferred ARRT Certification.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanners to produce cross‑sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients, position them safely, and explain the imaging process.
- Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
- Provide high‑quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
- Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
