Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech — CT for a travel assignment in Calais, Maine. The 13-week position starts 08/17/2026 in a hospital setting, with 5×8 rotating days and call coverage.

You will perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging, operate Siemens CT equipment, and participate in OR coverage as needed. Requires Maine radiologic technologist license, ARRT credential, BLS, and 1+ year of X-ray/CT experience; Covid-19 vaccination required.

Qualifications

• Active Maine license (Radiologic Technologist) and ARRT credential.
• ARRT CT certification preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum of one year of diagnostic X-ray and CT experience.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging.
• Operate CT equipment and imaging systems; administer IV contrast per protocol.
• Support OR imaging needs and provide X-ray coverage for the operating room as assigned.
• Maintain thorough documentation in computer systems and handle patient data accurately.
• Participate in call coverage and be flexible for evenings or weekends.
