Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Boston, MA. The CT Tech operates CT scanners, prepares patients for procedures, and collaborates with radiologists to obtain diagnostic images while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
Valid Radiology license per state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
Prepare patients, explain imaging process and position them appropriately.
Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
Document patient information and imaging parameters in the system.
Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
