Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech - CT for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. Start date 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and an evening shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include performing CT imaging for adults and children, CT-guided biopsies, EPIC order verification, patient positioning, and ensuring safety and comfort. You will operate 64-slice GE CT scanners and work with radiologists and the care team to meet urgent imaging

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (MA Radiation License).
• ARRT certification and ARRT CT Certification.
• BLS certification.
• 5+ years of CT experience in a hospital setting; CT angiograms and CT-guided procedures (e.g., biopsies); trauma experience; EPIC experience.
• Knowledge of 64-slice GE CT scanners.
• Ability to work the listed evening shift and thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients as required.
• Conduct CT-guided procedures, including biopsies, under radiologist supervision; assist with angiography as needed.
• Position patients, prepare equipment, verify orders in the electronic health record (EPIC), and monitor patient safety and comfort.
• Operate 64-slice GE CT scanners; optimize imaging protocols and ensure high-quality studies while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain radiation safety practices, manage contrast administration if applicable, and document findings and procedures in the EMR.
• Collaborate with radiologists, radiology technologists, and other care team members; respond to urgent imaging needs and trauma protocols as required.
