Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Northfield, Minnesota. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver diagnostic images.

Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification and other licenses may be preferred. Benefits accompany travel assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them for imaging.
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope.
