Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to produce diagnostic images while following safety protocols.

The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. You’ll contribute to patient care, maintain equipment, and document procedures in hospital systems across facilities.

Qualifications

• One year of CT experience
• Valid Radiology license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them appropriately
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope
