Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Alameda, California. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work closely with radiologists to ensure high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients, explain the imaging process.
• Set technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging details in the hospital’s system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within CT Tech scope.
