• Interpret physician scanning instructions and perform CT scans.
• Administer contrast materials as directed.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
• Assist with portable CXR, CT, C-arms, X-ray and Fluoro as needed.

About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Folsom, California, 95630!

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros' team as an experienced CT Tech! You'll accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• ARRT (CT) certification
• California CRT with Fluoro permit
• 3-5 years of Radiology experience

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 0530-1600.
• Required call with a 30-minute response time.
• Holidays rotate with core staff.
• Floating required for portable CXR anywhere in-house, CT, C-arms, X-ray, and Fluoro.
• Cerner charting system.
• Orientation includes 3 days on the unit.
