Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a qualified CT Tech in Redding, California, 96001, for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/26/2026. You’ll interpret scanning instructions, administer contrast, and operate CT equipment (Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16) across OR, ER, inpatient and outpatient populations.

Shifts are nights, 3 days x 12 hours, with every other weekend. Competitive benefits, weekly pay, housing provided and travel/license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 years CT Tech experience required.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
• Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS.
• CT experience required and ARRT (R) certification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician CT scan instructions and perform CT imaging.
• Administer contrast materials and operate Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT scanners.
• Document procedures and ensure patient safety across OR, ER, inpatient and outpatient populations.

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• CT experience required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)

Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend
• First to float
• Charting system: Cerner
• Equipment: Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16
• Patient populations include OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient
