Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The position requires CT Registry and BLS, with 3 years of experience, and night shifts (9p–7a) on a 4x10 schedule, totaling 36 weekly hours and weekend coverage.

The traveler will perform diagnostic CT scans, assist radiologists in interventional procedures, and ensure radiation safety while supporting the CT team on shift.

Qualifications

• Three years of CT tech experience preferred.
• CT Registry and BLS required.
• Night shift availability and flexibility to cover 4x10 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by radiologist or performing physician.
• Assist radiologist in interventional CT procedures and related patient care.
• Maintain radiation safety principles and organize daily CT schedule.
• Be available for on-call if needed.

Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
Provide diagnostic C.T. scans for interpretation by radiologist and or performing physician in the performance of interventional and special procedures (biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthrography and any other such procedures). Assist radiologist in the performance of special C.T. procedures and provide the patient care essential all procedures. Is able to be on call if needed. Apply principles of radiation safety. Able to organize the daily schedule and be a dedicated resource to CT team on shift.
