Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The CT Tech will work 36 hours per week on rotating 12-hour shifts and must have ARRT CT, ARRT (R), BLS, and state licensing where required. Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, preparing patients, administering contrast, and ensuring accurate imaging for physicians.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• BLS certification
• ARRT CT certification and state licensure as applicable

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and explain procedures to patients.
• Position patients for CT scans.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow safety procedures for radiation.
• Maintain patient records and use PACS system.
