Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Radiology Tech – CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Bragg, CA. The role runs 40 hours per week on a 4x10-hour shift schedule, starting 08/31/2026.

You will perform CT exams, set up protocols, and ensure patient safety with ALARA principles at a critical access facility. The position requires 2+ years of CT/X-ray experience, current BLS, EPIC proficiency, and an active state RT license.

Qualifications

• CT imaging experience 3–5 years
• Two years of recent field experience
• Current BLS certification
• EPIC experience required
• IV certification
• Licensed RT per state

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging exams according to physician orders, selecting appropriate protocols and windowing
• Position patients, immobilize as needed, and operate the CT scanner to acquire diagnostic-quality images
• Administer iodinated contrast agents per protocol; monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Monitor patient safety, radiation safety practices, and adherence to ALARA principles; maintain sterile technique as required
• Prepare and verify images in the electronic health record (Epic) and ensure accurate documentation of procedures and findings
• Collaborate with radiology teammates and physicians to ensure timely, high-quality imaging and appropriate patient care
