Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Paintsville, Kentucky. The role offers 36 hours per week with day shifts and the chance to gain experience in a partnering hospital.

Requirements include ARRT certification, active state license, BLS, and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT experience is preferred. Weekly pay ranges from $2,016 to $2,078, with benefits and support provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (where applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and ensure comfort.
• Monitor radiation safety and protect patients.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
