Position: CHS Travel: CT Scan Tech / Radiology - 8p-6:30a

Position Information:

Shift: 2000 - 0630 - 4/10's - Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed

Requirements: CT License and BLS are required

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The Technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the supervision of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing routine diagnostic CT scans, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
2. Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical and sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
