Job summary

Amergis is seeking a CT Scan Technologist (CT Tech) for a travel assignment in Hyannis, MA. You will operate the CT scanner, obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address patient concerns while performing specialized CT tasks required by the contract.

The role requires ARRT certification where required, state licensure, CPR as applicable, and adherence to relevant standards. Benefits include competitive pay with weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of CT Technologist experience preferred.
• Valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging is required.
• ARRT certification may be required by regulations or contract specifications.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanner and produces cross-sectional radiographs as ordered.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
• Performs specialized tasks involved in CT scans as required by the contract.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist

Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging

ARRT Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications

Current CPR if applicable

TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
