Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Craig, Colorado. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on day shifts, offering travel benefits and housing support.

The role requires completion of a two-year radiologic technology program, valid state radiology registration, and ARRT registry. MRI experience is preferred and compensation will align with travel radiology norms.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• MRI technologists utilize anatomy and physiology knowledge to safely operate MRI scanners and assist diagnosis.
• Ensure patient, staff and visitor safety around strong MRI fields.
• Position patients and coils for MRI scans and monitor image data.
• Inject contrast media as required and set technical parameters.
• Observe image data and recognize differences between normal and abnormal images.
• Respond to life threatening situations and ensure regulatory compliance.
