Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice Surgical Technologist role offers premium pay and flexible scheduling for CSTs across multiple hospital locations and regions. This travel opportunity supports Ortho, Spine, and robotic (Mako) cases with the chance to work in diverse practice settings.

Qualified candidates have a Surgical Technology degree (AS/BS) with CST certification and at least 18 months of CST experience. Orientation and training are provided; travel and per diem options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
• Preferred CST certification.
• A minimum of 18 months CST experience required.
• If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, five years’ work experience is required.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete the orientation and training.
