Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience as an oiler or in crane/rigging maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel out of state for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on cranes and heavy equipment including lubrication and filter changes.
• Inspect equipment for wear/damage and report issues.
• Assist crane operator as spotter during moves.
• Help with troubleshooting and repairs under guidance of senior techs.
• Maintain accurate service records and part inventory.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with team to complete maintenance on schedule.
